I’ve bought a new OEM manufactured PC after two years plus of horror using a DIY rig.
Presenting, the Aspire M5630 (Q66MR86) with the following setup:

My brother commented that it looks like some sort of a hackers hangout. Well, that’s probably because of the dual monitor.
The only complain I have about the system was the inclusion of the 8600GS card instead of 8600GT. Well, I’ve already gotten it at a fairly good price so I think there’s not much to complain about.

$1999. Haha, well =P But the Quad Core makes me quite happy enough

Yikes! I just bought the latest version today at Best Buy w/o a monitor for $749.99… mine came with an ATI Radeon 2400 Pro 256MB DX10 video card though.
AM5630-U5209A Core 2 Q6600, 500GB WD SATA, 2MB Crucial DDR2 PC6400.
The prices I have quoted are in Singapore dollars though.
