What an unlucky day it had been. I broke 4 trains and missed my slippers! Woops, I think it’s the other way round.

Anyway, while I was going out, I had to arrive at the train platform just right after my train left. When I alighted at the transfer station, guess what, I missed the train again!

Mid-way throughout the day, my slippers broke. The part where you clamp your toes together (what a crude description =X ) broke and I had to buy a new one or risk walking home barefooted.

On the way home, I had to miss TWO additional trains because the trains at the opposite platform (at City Hall) simply had to synchronise itself to arrive right when my train arrives, resulting in such a huge crowd that I couldn’t get onto two trains. When I missed the trains twice, I decided I had to be kiasu and prop right in front to get into the train when it arrived.

Thankfully, I did not miss another train again.

Thursdays the 25th shall be treaded lightly with care from now on.
