NAPFA 2007
Daily Ramblings May 4th, 2007 @ 2002h
I guess there’s always a brighter side of everything. If you were wondering what I meant, refer to the previous post where I get all emotional and stuff. Get the password from me if you want. It’s pretty private and don’t be offended if you don’t get it.
Anyway, here’s a psuedo-happy piece of news: I’ve finally, for the first time in my life, gotten more than a bronze for NAPFA. Hang on while I do a breakdown:
- 2.4 km run – 10 minutes 15 seconds: A
- Shuttle Run – 10.0 seconds: A
- Pullups – 9: A
- Sit-ups – 48: A
- Sit and Reach: 41 cm: C
Looking pretty good eh? Guess what, I got a bloody D for standing board jump because I could only manage 221 cm. And this, my dear reader, totally catapulted me from a high gold award to the inferior silver. What irony.
