I’ve always been skeptical about how Reporters Without Borders rank Singapore in terms of press freedom, thinking that it was necessary to do so. I was proven wrong.
Remember the Mr Brown incident? And here comes another: The Real Picture behind Today’s personnel changes.
A Google search of the Vel Chua incident led me to this.
The problem here is not just about the reporting freedom; there is also a very obvious problem of elitism. For the first time, I was brought out into the reality of things. I am at a loss of words.
