Called the technical support hotline again for my DVD Writer. I was surprised that they have added an auto-replying machine that does something like “Press 1 to blablabla” When I did press a number, I got a surprise. Instead of the “please hang on for a moment”, I got a “Wait a moment” (without the “please”). ….. And also, the English sounded way wierd.

When it finally did got through, the staff spoke wierd and kind of broken English. Well, I won’t say mine is perfect but they should at least speak better. And finally, they told me it’s done. Hello!? You told me you would call me when it’s done and I did not even get a single freaking call.

Wierd.

For the first time in my life, I went ice skating. It’s at Jurong East because the one at Kallang has closed down. Went with Xun Yong, Elaine, Heng Jie, Daniel and Her Han

Was pretty scared at first but after going countless number of rounds, I think I am at least not so scared about falling now though I still can’t say I’m good at it. But.. Xun Yong is PRO!

Ah anyway, I think I can make a lighter version of the tagboard AFTER I finish on my current project. I’ve already coded a BBCode Parser so I might as well just reuse it.

Yep, the browser Opera is now free. It is at least 1000% better than IE.

I’m posting this from Opera. It looks pretty cool and displays the page exactly as Firefox does, meaning it W3C compliant which IE isn’t. If you are not comfortable with Firefox, perhaps Opera is for you.

Apparently, another guy was arrested and charged for posting racist stuff. Well… No comments. They probably just deserved it. I felt neither pity nor anything when I read the papers.

Windows Vista has a new site design! I must say the design looks pretty good. After reading through some of the stuff there, I felt a small bit of excitement. Wierd to hear that coming from me eh?

A-Math paper was…ok I guess for some. For me, it was not so good because I ddin’t have enough time! I think I knew, or at least figured out most of the questions but I just didn’t have the time to do it. Sad. I heard that this paper was set by Miss Fang. *SHOCK* I hope Paper 2 is better… hope…
